CNS Neurodiagnostics EDX Lab is well known not only to the local areas of Las Vegas, but also to: Northern Arizona, Southern Utah, and parts of Northern California. Our EDX Lab is in the process of being the only Electrodiagnostic Laboratory in the state of Nevada to be certified by American Association of Neuromuscular & Electrodiagnostic Medicine (AANEM). CNS EDX Lab currently performs Nerve Conduction Studies (NCS), Electromyography (EMG), Repetitive Nerve Stimulation Studies, EEG and ambulatory EEG. The Lab offers same-day testing-only appointments for urgent pre-surgical cases involving nerve injury and nerve entrapment cases. Those testing-only reports are processed within 2 to 24 hours for urgent case requests and routine reports are available in 24 to 48 hours via fax or secure online service. CNS EDX Lab is locally known for being the referral center that performs timely and quality testing-only studies in cases of muscle, neuromuscular, peripheral nerve, and nerve root pathology request by the local primary care physicians and other specialists. CNS EDX Lab follows AANEM Guidelines for the AANEM Standards for EDX. Consequently, for all the reasons above and based on expertise and professional activities, Dr. Germin was chosen to serve as a liaison of AANEM for the local insurers in the State of Nevada. |
